Here are some of our common Frequently Asked Questions that might help answer one you may have.

Where are you based?

 We are based in the Hawkesbury area of NSW

​Where do you travel to?

 

 All Sydney regions, Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley, Central Coast and all in between. If your not sure whether your location is covered please just send us a message 

Can I hire the bar without any staff and leave it at my house overnight?

No! As we operate a fully serviced bar with RSA bartenders we do not allow the bars to be left behind without us there. Also, They are our pride and joy as we have built them ourselves so would hate for anything to happen to them.

Do you sell per drink or supply the alcohol?

Yes. We are proud to now be able to offer this option as we are now a fully licensed bar. We can sell per glass/bottle/can or offer wet hire (drinks supplied)

Do I need a deposit to book in my event?

Definitely, in the events industry we find clients are booking up to a few years in advance and as we are constantly getting enquiries we would hate for someone to miss out on their date.

(Even though we now have the option of two amazing horse float bars) We do require a non refundable deposit of between 30-50% of your package paid for at the time of locking in your date. Unfortunately we cannot hold the date for you until you have paid.

Can I do a payment plan?

Yes! After you have paid your non refundable deposit to lock in your date we can offer weekly/fortnightly/monthly installments as long as all final money owing is paid a month before your booking.

Do I need power at my property?

No, Power is the best way for us to run the bar but in saying this,  you can hire a generator (from somewhere like Kennards) which we can run off (please just make sure it has enough power and let them know its for a food truck)

Do you have lawn games/wine barrels and stools available?

We certainly do have 2 wine barrels and 4 cocktail tables (2 rustic 2 boho) and stools available to hire and a variety of lawn games to help keep your guests entertained.

Can my guests bring their own alcohol if We choose a Wet hire Package?

 

Unfortunately not, if we are operating as a Supplied bar, we cannot keep track of what guests are drinking under RSA/Liquor and Gaming regulations we must be the only source/location alcohol is to be served at the event by our qualified staff. If guests are seen to be having drinks that have not been served for us we may have to leave the event early.
